The prize, which is endowed with a total of € 10,000, will be awarded for the first time this year. Among the applicants were agricultural enterprises and companies in the up- and downstream sectors, business start-ups as well as non-commercial organisations in the agricultural and food industry. A jury of experts has now selected the winners from the 15 most promising applications.
DKE-Data GmbH was able to secure first place with agrirouter. A great honour for the team. "The three winning projects address problems from daily practice. They facilitate work processes, promote animal welfare and animal protection or increase profitability using the latest digital applications. The high standard of the entries was reflected throughout: In Lower Saxony, agriculture is making progress in the field of digitisation," says Prof. Dr. Clasen, Chairman of the Working Group on Digitisation at the ML and jury member of the Digitisation Prize, about the selection of the winners.
In addition to prize money, the winners were awarded a short image video. If you follow the link, you will find our video: https://youtu.be/PFwGhoZwi_4
