DKE-Data supports the EU project ATLAS

The EU research project ATLAS aims to develop an open digital interoperability network for the agricultural sector. In order to be able to exchange data via this network, framework conditions, regulations, standards and data exchange concepts are being defined.

In particular, the existing solutions and technologies used by agricultural machinery manufacturers and providers of agricultural software products will be taken into account.

Thanks to the data exchange platform agrirouter, which is available on the market, the DKE data team has a great deal of experience in the specification and development as well as the operation of data exchange solutions. On behalf of the AEF, DKE-Data is supporting the project with the requirements analysis and the conception of the necessary architecture solution.

The ATLAS project is funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 initiative. ATLAS brings together 30 participants from agriculture and research institutions from seven European countries. The project duration is 36 months. 13 agricultural test farms of different sizes and with different products are available at several locations in Europe. The project is coordinated by the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS).
